Past practice with the CTA Security Hotline (919 499-2722) was to only update the message if there was an incident. Now we are updating it daily. Today we had a mild snow event and thankfully the roads remained clear. Please feel free to use the Hotline and if the information is inaccurate contact the Gate Guards, they know how to correct the recorded message.
CTA Residents, the American Red Cross is sponsoring a program with Lee County High School and your CT Volunteer Fire Department to provide free smoke alarms. The Carolina Trace community is one of those areas selected to receive these alarms. In addition, at the same time a review of your fire escape plan will be provided, all at no cost to you! See attached flyers and if you are interested, please call 919-719-1738. Please do not call the Fire Department directly, this is a Red Cross program, our great CTFD volunteers are only assisting, they are not coordinating this program.
