RESIDENTS are asked to ignore the request for registering at this website. All information is accessible and unlike POA websites, resident registration is not required. Requests will be declined as we cannot disable this part of the website.

NONRESIDENTS ACCESS IS THROUGH THE MAIN GATE ONLY:  The Carolina Trace main gatehouse address is 51 Traceway South. Instructions for visitor passes can be found here.

Please direct all guests and contractors to this address so their GPS brings them to the main gate only. Those entering Carolina Trace without an e-sticker will be asked to show a valid Driver License.

GATEHOUSE TELEPHONE NUMBER:  919-499-2339 (Please note that requests for visitor gate passes is now through the Gate Sentry system, please visit https://www.carolinatrace.org/p/Gate-Sentry-Guest-Pass-System for more details.)

ID CHECK FOR ALL CT VISITORS:  The CTA Security & Safety Committee (S&S) has worked with the Gatehouse to enforce the long-standing policy of checking for valid Driver Licenses from those entering through the visitor gate (visitors, contractors/workers, and residents without e-stickers). This policy is in place to protect CTA roads and common elements. It is presumed that a person with a valid Driver License also carries a state-required insurance policy for liability. Your understanding and cooperation in advising your visitors of this policy is appreciated.
